Access Supports
Specialist Support Coordination is a higher level of support. The focus is on reducing complexity in the participant’s support environment and help the participant overcome immediate and/or significant barriers in plan implementation.
Specialist Coordination
Harry’s help disability Support will provide valuable advice and support to assist prospective participants living with lifelong disability apply for the NDIS. We help people understand the NDIS, how to best identify goals for funding as well as navigating the stages of your NDIS Planning Process.

Support Coordination is a capacity building support that helps you to make the best use of your supports in plan, by helping you:
Understand and use your NDIS plan to pursue your plan
Connect you with NDIS providers, community, mainstream and other government services
Build your confidence and skill to use and coordinate your support
